Italian Client Visit XCMG Factory
On June 17, 2026, our sales representative Eunice Wu welcomed a customer from Italy for a factory visit focused on excavator inspection and shipment arrangements.
After completing the payment, the customer expressed a desire to visit the factory and see the machine before shipment. Eunice quickly arranged the factory visit in advance and accompanied the customer throughout the inspection process.
During the visit, the customer checked the excavator and confirmed the machine’s condition and shipment details with our team. The factory visit provided a valuable opportunity for direct communication and further strengthened the customer’s confidence in our products and services.
